Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging, which may be slightly opened but not damaged.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@leoborg.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the given address. We have different return addresses per region and will look for the best one depending on your location. We will provide return details & instructions per e-mail. You will also need to fill out our Return Merchandise Form.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.

Return Guidelines

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused or slightly used, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products. There is no additional cost for returning items.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. So, the refund processing time is 7 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at support@leoborg.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation

We only accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed and shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and then return it for a refund. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Modification requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been shipped.

However, in certain cases, we may still be able to update details such as the shipping address, size, or product variant at the last moment. If you notice any incorrect information on your order, please contact us immediately.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to review the situation quickly and resolve it for you.
